About MedPeds

A MedPeds (med-peeds) doctor is a physician who is board certified in the practice of two specialties: Adult Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Our physicians complete a 4 year residency program equally divided between the two specialities. The additional year of training compared to Family Practice makes MedPeds physicians more proficient at treating and diagnosing complex diseases and includes more emphasis on critical care medicine. They are uniquely qualified to provide health care for every age.

We believe that the relationship developed with the family provides us with better insight into the health care concerns of each individual within that family that may go unnoticed elsewhere.
